    My blackberry Q10, sometime getting hot on left side keypad and battery discharge within 2-3 hrs after battery full charge.
    I don't know what is the issue, but want to resolve.

    No single game installed in mobile.

    I was just switchoff mobile and restart

    Does it happen often?

    My Q10 heats up at times but when I feel it starting to do so. I put it off and leave it for 5 minutes and turn it on again. It fixes my problem. If you leave it on while it's getting hot it will drain the battery like you experienced

    Can be the research of signal...

    @OP, you have to check your Device Monitor and send us some screenshots. And check also your "Run in the Background" permissions : Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions
