Hadd four hours out of a battery yesterday - impressive for me.


I would love to buy a Passport but I'm scared the battery life will be as bad - and yes I know there are other Q10 users who get 10 hours out of their devices

Just dire. I have three batteries in total, and yet the only way I can have a day out with my family is to turn data off and use the device as a nokia 3310 for calls and SMS.

You have obviously an issue
You can find threads on the forum with good advices.

I get ~18h with my near 1 year old battery. Sometimes more (when I stay on Wi-Fi), sometimes 10h if I stay on 4G and use it for the all day.

As the search function on the forum or the CB10 app is really not very good, I advise you to use Google by searching "site:crackberry.com battery q10" for example.

I've had a Q10 since UK launch, so nearly two years now. Five different devices, replaced under warranty.
