Me too.
Q10, Latest update 2 days ago, Battery monitor says it's the Android Player that is taking most power, but I don't have any Android apps installed. Gone from needing one charge per 24 hours to 2-3. Going from 100% to 20% in about 4 hours.
Thanks.
Not seeing ur graph, though.

Same here, updated on Friday. No Android apps at all and barely using Bluetooth, data or wifi. At one point I actually saw the percentage count going down- never witness that before.
Down from 100% to 46% within 7 hours with very light use!
I did not have this issue since updating to new OS until now!

Attachment 335959 here's the graph of my Q10 battery usage after updating to 10.3.1. It's draining even in the airplane mode. Can't understand what "155%"means..

It's the new OS settling. Can take from 2 to 10 days in accordance to your settings and accounts.
Ok thanks... guess i'll give it a week or so and see if it'll improve..
Thanks...

OS settling. A new name for a pocket warmer.
Hi,
It did the same to me on last update and just went normal after 2 days...
I'm not sure but I think that it's updating so best thing is to leave the wifi on to have less drain.

I am in the same boat....I did a complete security wipe and my phone won't last more then 2-3 hours before it turns itself off because its dead.
That POS android player is running at 40-50% and I also have no android apps on the system at all...
I have a blackberry because I need messaging and phone calls, not all the crappy apps so in that regard, this upgrade has been a complete failure.
Does blackberry themselves provide end user support or would they tell you to contact your carrier?
This is something else. You have a real issue. I assume you've already searched the forum for the same problem ? If without success, open a new thread.
Hi Team,
I have same issue (battery dead within one day, earlier it works for 3-4 days full) after update OS to 10.3.1.1565. also i have observe that touch-screen is unresponsive randomly after upgrading.
Can some one tell us Or is there any bug fixit ?
Thanks.... :D
83% and only 7hours remaing stated on device monitor....

if you have been using it then it'll give a shorter time... leave it alone for a bit and then check the estimate then

Well this all seems unfortunate. I'm in US and still on 10.2.1. Actually I just got a new battery for my Q10 and frankly the battery life is better than I've ever had it. I'm looking at the phone making it two days. I'm at 50% now and the phone has been off the charger for about 17 hours. It wasn't a particularly long day but still this is awesome.

My Q10 got the update, and battery life improved tremendously. Moderate use and I get 48 hrs no problem.
Posted from my Z30 via CB10.
Mine's sorted itself out. Took 2-3 days, now back to how it was, maybe a bit better.
System 41%.. this is getting worse... hahahahahha

I've got a better case with the battery now with 10.3 than before. I finish my day with just one battery instead of the two before. Great work BlackBerry ;-)

Not too bad. I updated my z30,z10 and q10 to 10.3.1. This is my q10 after sitting idle while sleeping...we shall see how it keeps up.

Have you toggled off diagnostics? It consumes a lot of battery. Settings > Security > Diagnostics.
