    Hi, i'm new in here. Just bought a BBQ10 working well except th� Back camera. Indeed when i open camera device, its a blackscreen (the flash Light is working and the frontside camera is working well).

    I installed BB10,2 Last update, nothing changed. I also rebooted the phone at standard configuration and still bugged.

    Anyone already had this problem ? It seems to be � hardware problem but unfortunatly i can't send the phone to the seller because i wouldn't have phone until few weeks (so i prefer to have this broken one than nothing for mounths).

    Thx for answers or helping or just testimonees if ppl had same problem !

    Does the front-facing camera work ok?

    I assume it is not working for Video, Timeshift and Photo.

    The front camera does work yes. The Back one doesn't work (no vid�o, photo, timeshift just a blackscreen)
