after watching a teardown video of the Q, it seems pretty easy to swap out that front plastic piece. now its a matter of finding a source for the part, any thoughts?

ah, i was referring to the front-bottom plastic bezel of the phone where carriers usually apply their branding...since i most likely will get the Q at the subsidized price, i'd want to swap out that bezel for the unlocked phone look...

I've always had good luck with cnn.cn. Shipping can be slow as they ship from Hong Kong and I'm in the U.S., but they have the parts nobody else seems to stock, decent prices, and they take returns.
