    I believe those are factory installed so I don’t believe they can be actually removed.

    Do you mean the two Amazon apps, or two apps you downloaded from Amazon?

    Amazon preinstalled applications can be removed, but this method will work until the first reboot. Usually, their removal is required to disable the constantly loaded process in RAM and disable the payment system, which is called up during the installation of some applications (billing). After reboot - applications will ask for permission. Just don't give them permission. No permissions - no running process. You can access it using a PC. Browser Firefox, Greasemonkey, UserAgent additions, and script (Greasemonkey) for work with Blackberry.
