When I use the app Data Counter, I can see how much data is consumed via cellular and wifi over a specific period of time, but I can't see which apps. Is there an app or way for tracking which app is consuming which amount of cellular and/or wifi data?
    Thanks!

Seems that the built-in device monitor can show cellular data usage per app.

You have to go into the individual apps listed in device monitor, give it a few seconds to build the graphs and scroll down.

A suggestion would be to start with the apps showing the most cpu time.

The device monitor is going to get an update starting with 10.3 onwards (10.3.1 for Q10) which shows additional tabs for data traffic. Apps will be sorted by amount of traffic with the numbers being displayed directly.
