There are many apk apps that I've wanted but would not install because of the permissions that they ask for, mostly phone information including phone number. These are often very specific portals for specific web sites, that I don't have any other options for. I have 2 questions, one, what do they want this information for? What do they do with it? Also, are there any apps that work on the Q10 that can send fake information, allowing me to use the app but still protect my privacy?

i do not know how's with you, but I find, that browser (native BB browser) works better than most of android apps which are used instead of web page...

It's for a phone on which I keep the browser blocked using parental control but want to allow them access to specific sites
