I am trying to connect my car to my q10 to use the phone through the handsfree. Everytime I connect it turns on the bluetooth audio. On the 9700, there was a way to only enable handsfree from the blackberry. I cant seem to find that option on the q10. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think the OP is referring to phone audio only, without notifications and media. I wish there were a setting as I would prefer to turn it off as well while driving with the BT in my ear!

Nope, my 9900 used to tell the car what to do, as does my iphone 4s.

I discovered my Q10 use my car bluetooth for calls and when I been using SatNav a voice guide me trough phone speaker.
Option I missed on my Note2 where SatNav voice was heard only trough car speakers when have conversation over the phone.
But honestly it is just like that, I don't need to switch any option to get that.
Very nice BlackBerry did this.
