Wont work on my Q10 anymore when plugged in! Wont work on my Passport either! But my older BlackBerry earphones work fine! @ first I thought it was my headphone jack! Just wondering how it just died like that! Weird!

I have Bang & Olufsen head phones. They volume up/down stopped working two updates ago. Have to use the keys on the z10 to toggle volume and between tracks. It's definitely a software thing because they worked beautifully before and every now and then they suddenly work but then stop. Haven't had a sound issue thought.

There is no sound coming from the headphones when plugged in the Q10 and there is no sound when plugged into the Passport either! They just crapped out from one day to the next!

Did you try to hard restart your phone (hold volume keys up/down for 10+ sec.)?

I had the same issue, 1 week after using it. The "premium" earphones are fragile.

Mine stopped working just like that too.

    That thing is hideous!
