Had an iPhone for 5 months - hated it - badly..... I went to the Q10 mainly because of the keyboard (had a 9930 before the iPhone 5s) - now after I installed all my favorite apps via Snap and MobileMarket - I can't believe how much I love this phone! Never leave BlackBerry again.....

Same here. Been switching phones like crazy but the Q10 is quickly becoming my favorite!

Even went out and bought a Bold 9900 since I liked the Q10 so much. Even the 9900 doesn't compare imo.

I got a Z10 on release day and a Q10 a few months after that.

The Z10 coming from an iphone4 was amazing.

The Q10 though... nearly perfect in every way. the keyboard just makes the phone so much faster and easier to use.

The short and simple answer is:

HELL YES!

The best physical keyboard in the universe is why I rock a Q10! I don't care what the haters say about me being old fashion or out of date...

BB10 still needs work.

But make no mistake...

REAL BlackBerry users know it's all about da THUMBS!

I had mine for 8 months. Heavy bbm and email no double typing issues. I think there are some bad batch though as there are people having this issue on Q10

Yes the qwerty, otherwise I would have bought the latest S5. Q10 the revival of the keyboard.. & it's a phone and communicator first with apps not the other way round.

Yes the pre was great for its time. iOS uses the same card multi tasking interface, it was also the first phone to use wireless charging with touch stone.

The iOS card multitasking is extremely pale is comparison to WebOS. Evem BB10s active panes are not as productive and user friendly as WebOS cards...

The touchstone is awesome and I truly miss it.

My old Curve set the bar pretty high. That thing was indestructible ... multiple falls, it got wet a few times, and the keyboard never malfunctioned.

I took it as a given a BB keyboard would never malfunction. The Q10 issues I had were a complete shock, I have to admit. At first, I was in total denial, thinking it was a software issue. But not a thing I tried fixed it, except for having the keyboard replaced under warranty.

I do hope my case is the exception, and not the rule.

One thing I am happy about is parts are hella cheap, parts for my pre3 where so much. Ebay u can get a new frame, keyboard and lcd for a q10 for less than 80 bucks
