My bbm are not sent they have that X instead of tick or D.

My whatsapp and other online apps works only the bbm. tried to restart and hard reset still not working. Only today it's not working. There are times it gets delayed but this time it's really not sending. And I have cleared the chat after that it would work. Now it doesnt!

I was searching online looks like I'm not the only one experiencing it. It's BlackBerry problem. That's a relief it's not my phone! Few days ago I noticed it was slow at times sending the bbm message and now it's dead. Looks like they have no backup infrastructure for this kind of issue. Too bad.

Perhaps the problem is/was localised then. In any way, I agree it sucks.

The only problem I have is cross platform. Android can initiate a Voice Call my way, but I can't do it the other way around. Voice Calls towards iOS only works if that person has its app open. Rather frustrating!
