Nope not yet! None of the android apps work either! Been waiting for this for ages!!!

Parental controls may be one way to block calls. You can set it to only accept call from numbers in your contacts.
Do unsaved numbers go straight to voice-mail or blocked all together?

Call block app requires 10.3+, I think.
