While waiting on my company to update our server to BES 10 - I'm using EAS for email, cal, and contacts.

Are the displays / views / layouts of both identical? Or, are they different if I were to be using BES instead? I'm still adjusting to the differences in email / calendar / contacts from my 9900 BES days on EAS.

I made the same switch from 9900 with BES to Z10 and now Q10 with EAS (no BES). Definitely a few things changed from BlackBerry 7 to 10. As for the differences between EAS or full-fledged BES 10, although I don't have BES 10 running to confirm, I'd say with 99% confidence that the end-user perspective will be no different. The view will be exactly the same, but your administrator won't have as many security policies they can apply to your device if it's not on the BES.
