    The iPhone didn't make phone calls at one point. Apple had to give everyone a bumper guard, but yet everyone bought one. BlackBerry 10 at least makes phone calls. I had the Z10 and now Im rocking the Q10. This phone is small but it has a pedigree. I'm sorry that the OP is having issues but BlackBerry has hotlines and websites to get help. I do wish you the best in your decision. I have two android phones; the nexus 4 and the Optimus G pro, and I don't touch either one of them. You can Google the specs if you want. All I'm saying is that not one phone is perfect, so just pick the right one for you. Good luck.
