So, my BlackBerry Q10 does not have any case yet and it is sitting in my jeans front right pocket most of the time. Thing is, when a call is incoming, I always press something when pulling the device out. I have not denied a call or picked up prematurely, just muted the ringing signal or pressed an occasional key. Thing is, it just keeps me slightly paranoid, lol. Are there any display and call related settings I could change so that I perhaps would have a different way of answerring calls?

I don't know of software that will help, but if you get in the habit of putting the screen toward your body, when you reach into your pocket you will always grab the back of the phone. You won't have to worry about messing with the screen.
