If WhatsApp is essential for you, use a supported device.

whatsapp is being updated to support group video. Probably related to server changes. It may resolve itself or perhaps this will be an ongoing issue.

Same opinion, Android BlackBerry with PKB is the best choice now, K1.

Observed the same problem yesterday, I just installed the whatsapp beta apk over and everything works again.

Ok. Alternatively you can install GBwhatsapp too. It has much more features than native version.

I have android whatsapp and GBWhatsApp with 2 different lines on my q10 and there're no conflicts. Really GBWhatsApp is so cool; very customisable. Everything works fine but I cannot send a file (video, photo or any file) with it. I can receive though. I've tried all I've read online to no avail.

However, with the help of WhatsFixer I can send a file with the android whatsapp.

Yes you can also send files and photos using gbwhatsapp. Method is same. First delete android whatsapp then install gb and fix using whatsappfixer same method. It works for me.

same here. I manage to download media to my phone using GB WhatsApp. You just need to follow a simple trick available on the Net on how to do it

Just delete android version of whatsapp completely from phone. Then go to BlackBerry world. Download whatsappfixer from there. Next just download and install gbwhatsapp from thirdparty site don't open it. Run whatsappfixer and fix gbwhatsapp just u did previously in case of android whatsapp and then open gbwhatsapp and complete the setup procedure. That's it. It will work fine. I can send media like songs video pdf word Excell any kind of files also I can upload picture as my status update. So gbwhatsapp is working fine for me. Thank you. I can show u my screen shot.

Hi belovedQ10. I was able to get the WhatsApp working with the "fixer".. NOW I still can't get my Uber App to work. I get hung up on Uber home page asking for "from address and to address" with a notice saying "need google play services" to work. But every time I try to either click out of the box, as was recommended to me or download the Cobalts file sharing repository It does not allow me to download the files as it says "Java script not compatible with device or something like that. Ugggg this is Sooo frustrating.

You don't need to find whatsfixer link. You just need to download it from blackberry world. To use whatsfixer you have an external sdcard in your Q10. After fixing you can send media in whatsapp of android version. (whatsfixer makes a location in sdcard to store media files, it can not do so on q10 storage)
