    Yes.

Android Runtime has been stuck at 4.3 since early 2014.

But your OS is 10.3.3.3216 (SR 10.3.3.2137) though.

Thanks, my friend. Currently installed is 10.3.3.2129, and another matter of interest is that Blackberry Link requires a WINRAR License, given a 40 day trial period.

Um.. No. Link doesn't require anything. Never has in the 5 1/2 years I've used it.

No such thing as OS 10.3.3.2129. Check settings, about, category:OS.

    Link does not require Winrar.

Thanks indeed: OS Blackberry 10, OS Version 10.3.3.3204, Software Release 10.3.3.2129. Presently installed and used both Blend and Link on Windows 10 (Xeon Server), whereas Blend continue to work, the WINRAR trial period expired and I have no connection to Link - the Q10 to Windows 10. Later will access the WINRAR file.

What do you mean by WinRAR? That's never been needed.

Are you talking about the file compression program?

Perhaps you should go into Windows Features and enable SBM v1. This is required to allow Link to work, and has been disabled by Windows since the Fall Creators Update from late 2017.

Disabled for very good reasons, it should be noted.

Try to enable SMBv1 only when directly handling antique devices and leave it off at all other times, no sense leaving that hole open 24/7.

"If you discover that you have an app or a network device that won't work without this feature, use Control Panel to turn the feature back on. Then consider whether that app or device is worth the impact on your network security and whether it's time to look for a replacement."

Great, now you've just added another hole in BB10 diehards' argument for the security of those devices. Albeit, a very specific hole.

Thanks! SMB v1 enabled; also read, write and execute functions all enabled in File Manager for Blackberry Q10. Seasons Greetings!
