hi there,
my trusty blackberry q10 no longer opens android apps - they only stopped working about an hour ago. whenever i open an android app, a green bar comes up on the screen, but when it reaches the end, it just goes back to the home screen. i know that resetting the device is not ideal due to the server shutdown and not being able to install preloaded apps again, so i was wondering if there was another solution? tried battery pulls and restarts but to no avail. it’s running OS 10.3.3.3216

Usually just a reboot and waiting for 10-12 minutes without touching the device will fix that but if not, you may be able to reinstall 2 bar files that are needed for the android runtime. Not sure where those 2 files are but perhaps @conite has them?
