Does anyone else find some android apps like facebook and twitter a little laggy? Do you think BlackBerry will address this with the up coming firmware release when they will support Amazon App Store? Hopefully push notifications will also work with these Android apps.

Yes android apps area bit laggy and slow on blackberry 10. Blackberry still havent adressed thisissue in their latest firmware update but maybe in 10.3

I'm using 10.3 on my Q10 and Android app performance is better. I don't use the Android Facebook or Twitter apps though. The native BB10 apps are fine for my purposes.

I'll say this, however. Before attributing Android app lag to the BB10 architecture, make sure the app isn't laggy on Android phones as well. I tried the CNN Android app on my Z10 (last year when I had a Z10) and it was very slow. I got an S4 in August and tried the app on there, and is was just as bad.

Similarly, Waze used to make my Z10 heat up quite a lot. But it also caused my S4 to heat up.

They don't lag on Android. I know Android apps work but not to the full functionality on BlackBerry .
