I love my Q10 but I have found 2 things to hate about it. One is the camera opening accidentally and staying on.. and the other is ALT!!! Why is it that no keys work when the phone is locked except the ALT button?! I always open my phone to see that dumb ALT key indicator on. Arrggg!!! Fix this!!!

Are you using a holster or slip pouch? Mine did the same thing when using the holster, but it seems to happen less often. Perhaps the holster has formed to the phones shape a bit better or loosened up with use.

Never noticed this issue at all, but I replicated it on mine, the alt, and 2 shift keys stay active when the device is locked.

I use the slip pouch and have never had my alt or shift keys pressed accidentally.

I go raw. Its when I pull my phone out of my pocket I usually have to grab the keys and that's when the "alt" magic happens. Arg

The ALT issue seems to be fixed with 10.2.0.xxxx as long as the screen is black. If the screen is on, then ALT key is still active.

So, maybe it's not fixed?

Yeah on more than a few occasions I pull my Q out of its holster and find the alt key activated.
Thought it was just the way I put it in or took it out of the holster.
