screen on Q10 keeps saying I've made entered the wrong password, but I haven't changed anything! Help!

Sorry there is no help....

Make sure it isn't asking you to type "blackberry".

Otherwise type slow and careful... there is not magic way to bypass the password.

Before doing that last one.... connect via LINK and see if you can type it in and do a backup. Might be a physical key issue.

Once you get to 5th wrong password, phone should prompt you to type BlackBerry then type your password in, where what you type is not starred out but you will see the actual characters. Maybe just an issue of double typing that you aren't noticing.

Aware of the "double typing" issue...
Observe how much characters are displayed by typing...

If your password is "cake" and you have ����� then there is a char double typed... type one by one slowly and watch the field... you have half a second to see the typed char... may be you even notice the double typed, so delete it and continue.
