Hi there,
I bought my Q10 device about a month ago and my BBM was working fine, but suddenly all my contacts were gone. I didn't do anything, I've tried pulling out the battery and I also restored my device from the backup file on my laptop but nothing. Please help

BBM contacts are now saved via BBID. I imagine you are signed in.

So did mine, because all my friends got iPhones, can't wait for cross platform bbm.

When you say suddenly, do you mean they deleted before your eyes, you opened the app they were there then opened it again and they were gone. Or has it been a month since you opened BBM and actually viewed your contacts?
