    I just got a new Q10 and set it up. Weird thing is when I get a new text message alert I also get a separate alert (like the one with the bell symbol). When I go into that section in the Hub there is nothing there. Anyone know how to stop this?

    Ok. I thought this was figured out but I'm still getting alerts for unknown reasons. I have no BBWorld upgrades waiting and I cannot figure out why it's going on. Every time I get new email or text, the alert star also shows up.

    Suggestions?

    OK have you ever done a hard rest. If not hold the volume up and volume down for 20 to 30 seconds until you see the blue loading circle.

    I get that sometimes and in my case it usually means low battery.

    Did hard reset and still get them. Strange thing is that I get the star by the alarm but light stops flashing when I get my message. I still have to clear the star manually though.

    Good call I forgot. Go into your wife advanced setting and uncheck the top box
