After upgrading my Q10 to 10.3, my phone's usb port stopped working and has become very slow. How can I fix this?

i upgraded my bb q10 to 10.3 via wireless, and my usb stopped charging and showing on pc plus the phone became very slow... please assist as i cant connect to pc.

have you rebooted several times? And by several I mean 3 or 4?
