    I have an issue adding contacts with my bb Q10. After I enter the contacts information and press save...it just wont happen...is like i never did those steps!! it doesnt save anything!!



    any help would be appreciate

    nice to be here ^^ currently it has 10.2 .... Yesterday, i took my new Q10. At the start, I could add contacts succesfuly , however when I updated completely the Q10 (apps and OS with current version 10.2) suddenly appeared that issue.
