Its been 7 days since I got my q10 now! A full week.

Here is what I think about it:
    holy****thisthingisawesome

I have had some issues the first 2 days, but solved both the 3(or 4th)rd day.

The keyboard has got me... slower, but I have only made like 5 typos so far.

    All in all, amazing device.
+Physical keyboard, BB10 FTW, small screen, some other stuff.
-Android apps hate small screens, and some wont just run. (Tried emacs but it didnt work. Wish I left my pc on so I could ssh into it and use emacs that way )

Score so far:6 out of 5. Waitwut?

For the android apps to run properly on the small screen, I suggest u to update the OS to 10.3.1.1151. in that u can re-size the android apps(zoom-out) to fit the whole app within the display of the Q10. And about 98% of the apps work on this OS.

Congrats on purchase! I too bought it recently and so far am very satisfied with it. Application selection kinda sucks, I'll agree with it.
Out of 6 applications I've installed, 3 are ports. C'mon RIM, step up your game!

It's a great phone eh? I've been using mine since it was released in Canada in May (2013).

I've tried the different operating systems, but continue to return to blackberry every time.

The only thing I can say is wait till you get your hands on a passport and classic

    Glad you like the phone!

I am really happy with it -- I switched back to BlackBerry from the iphone 5s. And I love this phone as much as that one. Of course it doesn't have the apps but is just as easy to handle and the keyboard is amazing. I will have either the 5s or the Q10 with me for the next few years (don't like how big phones are getting).

Great to have you onboard, OP. The Q10 is an excellent phone, especially with the current pricing.

I haven't side loaded any apps and most likely won't. I don't like that band-aid fix. I don't use many apps anyway and the ones I do are avail in the app world.

If I need a specific app I will use the ipad mini.

Funny... I just got done doing a Q10 experiment. Borrowed my buddies old Q10 for about a week. I could not disagree with you more, haha. I'm sure it's a great device for some, but that tiny screen is a deal-breaker for me. I couldn't have been happier to get back to my Z10.

I got the Q10 now for a month maybe. Before that I had Nokia N9 and before that the N900 (FTW!). For me it is the perfect device. BB10 feels really good, except for some minor things I think could be handled just a tad better.

At first I thought the screen would be a problem for me too, but it is more than enough. Right now I am sad, that the classic will be bigger. Give me a trackpad ( I wouldnt care if the device is just 2cm taller) and I would never get another phone. Battery life is also nice. I recommend it to every friend who is suprised to see a Blackberry these days

I've had the Q10 for about a week as well. This is my first Blackberry device, I'm coming from a Galaxy S5, and I can't see myself switching anytime soon. The Hub, and the way this device handles multitasking has me hooked! I'm loving the physical keyboard way more than I thought I would as well. The only thing I miss is the larger screen which has me considering investing in a Passport at some point in the future. Especially if AT&T makes it available on next.

Be sure to search around the forums for alot of helpful info and getting new software leaks! 10.3 makes you love the Q even more...
