Somebody PLEASE help me in finding a solution for the Q10 that prevents all the browser tabs to stay open over time and now I have 400+ browser tabs open and don't know how to close them all at once?!?

Maybe I'm not understanding you but don't all your tabs close once you close the browser? Or turn off your phone?

In your Browser, open overflow menu by tapping 3 dots in bottom right corner. Select Settings, then Displays and Actions.

At top is a button that says At Startup Show. Tap that and select New Tab Page.
That way when you open your Browser next time all the previously opened tabs won't come back.

I have the problem with tabs not wanting to close sometimes. I have it set to reopen the tabs I had from the last time as I prefer it that way. This works for me: open browser > swipe up to minimize > tap and hold on the "X" for the browsers active frame > open browser and close the tabs.

OP, not sure what software you are running. On 10.2.1.1055, I was having this problem as well. After upgrading to either .1259 or .1925 the problem has gone away.
