Strange. I just read the thread a little closer and it looks like you can load some apps like Pandora. No ideas.

I was able to download and install that version of Cnet from snap on my Q10 just now...

This is the APK snap saved for me in my downloads folder. Try to install it outside of Snap. If it still gives you grief, reinstall your OS. Something is wrong.

Yeah, I don't know what's up with that. I'm thinking maybe cuz the other q10 was unlocked and I got every app that I had...idk

I had it on my z10 a few days ago as well...but I changed to a Q10 now....howevr, I did re-install it and still the same

I assume you tried to removed the app and reinstalled ( removed through app manager).

When you delete the app from the screen you will still see it in the app manager. Delete from app manager and reinstalled and tell me how it goes.

Well, some of the apps that didn't download correctly still appeared on the screen, but didn't open, so I deleted those. They are not in the apps manager now, so I deleted snap from the app manager section and I'm going to re-download it now

See Flipp there, I deleted that a couple weeks ago, but not from the device manager. It's still there. Removing from the screen doesn't get rid of the entire app

OK cool...I'm thinking something is corrupt. try a soft boot before reinstalling it may get rid of some residual crap

Ok, I redownloaded snap again, deleted from app manager first....try to install cnet again and unable. All of the previous apps that did not download correctly I deleted from the screen and they don't show up under apps manager. But anyways, I coulnt download cnet, went into apps manager, deleted from there and tried again....no good.

OK follow these instructions closely...take your q, soft boot it and throw it against the wall! just kidding. Let me see what I can dig up its strange. I've got self on BBM and he has a q with that OS, let's see if he can dl if he has snap...i know he's anti android app

Freakin' weird, I've downloaded Pandora, Tunein, shazam and calls blocker with no problem, trying to download cnn, cnet, new York post, and a few others and no good
