    Starting to really like my Q10 but starting to hate it. Double typing issue, set the phone down lightly and it reboots (battery loose) and 3. Always disconnecting to my wi-fi (where I have to reboot and it connects). Anyone have these issues (other than double type)

    If possible, I suggest you exchange it immediately.
    Having said that, I have not experienced any typing issues (aside form self created ones LOL!!!), I have had no WiFi issues, and no reboot issues. I do have a slightly loose fitting battery door that I fixed by using a bit of black self adhesive foam from Joann Fabrics. Worked wonders for my holster as well

    Well for the double typing issues, it's probably a hardware problem, and you can fix it by either replacing your device, or simply just replacing the keyboard.

    As for the loose battery (I have one myself), you can just fold a piece of paper and put it under the battery so it won't move around.

    While the wifi problem is completely unknown to me. Have you tested by connecting other devices to the same wifi?

    the loose battery do what these guys said lol and keyboard either exchange yr device with a new one or fix keyboard your self and if your having problems with wifi its probs just a bad install maybe your can reset your device while backing it up and reset your router that should do the trick hope we helped with this need anything else just ping us XD

    Luckily I have had no problems with keyboard or battery and like to think those problems are the exception. Not the rule. If eligible, I would exchange the unit and try the self fixes otherwise. You shouldn't have to put up with malfunctioning hardware.

    I would attempt to exchange the device.
    I've had a Q10 with both AT&T and now Sprint, and luckily no issues here.

    I've had it for quite a while now. As for wi-fi none of my other devices (other blackberry or phones, or tablets) have this issue.
