All you can do is wait for the next leak, and hope it has a Q10 radio with it.
If we see a leak, it would be within a week or more. But honestly, the 10.3 Leak for the Z10 is a baby, an extremely early build.
It is unstable for some, and has battery drain issues. I would wait for a solid leak, especially if you're planning on installing it on your main device.
Leaks come by chance. Nobody can predict the next one.

I got it working on my Q10, but I do not recommend it. My Q10 is being used as a test bed and when it isn't it's turned off. Z10 is current daily driver and I am not putting 10.3 on there. It is way too early of a build. I would say wait until we start seeing some later builds like in the 10.3.0.1xxx (note 4 digit). I'm pretty sure those are in development as we speak. :D

Is it possible to load a z10 os on a q10?

Yes, although you'd have to reload a Q10 radio to be able to boot.

Can you help me? Just tell me how to thanks! :D

If you are willing and brave...
download the Z10 autoloader.
Then click this link:

Get the latest Radio file and make an autoloader as per the instructions. It may take a different radio to get everything working but .2235 seems to be working on my Q10.
Load the Z10 autoloader.
upon reboot it will give an error. Start the radio autoloader. Upon next reboot it will be loaded with 10.3.
I can't say it is great and if I were you I wouldn't bother. You might mess something up in your nice new Q10 and I would hate for that to happen. But, don't say we didn't warn you.
Get the 10.2.1 autoloader or use sachesi to get back if you need. I'm pretty sure you will want to go back to the nice stable 10.2.1 as soon as the fun is over.
With that much warning looks like I will hold out, and thank you.

Wise move. I personally have not upgraded to a leak until I can see the definite advantages and improvements over what I am currently running. Althougn there are a lot of good advances in the 10.3 leak, it is too immature to be used as a daily driver
I really can't wait to see what 10.3 has in store for use :D
