The triangle over the tuesday is for the month- you touch that and can go to week/day/agenda view.

I used this bar as an example to keep my appts private. You can use the T on the upper right hand side to view the appointments via text. Or choose week/day appearance

All I can suggest is to try it.
It's free so it's no harm. We have access to android apps- seems a bit silly to complain about the poor calendar here and not utilize other options to help in the mean time.

Would you know if there's a way that we could revert even just the Calendar to the 10.2 version?

One dev had mentioned this in another thread. I think he said if he could "sign" the 10.2 calendar's .bar files "as BlackBerry", it would work. But it ain't possible.

Client: What days do you have free late next week/early the following week for an afternoon meeting?
Business guy: I don't know, let me tap each and every farkin' day until I get to one with some free time...

This is exactly what I'd be doing if I upgraded to 10.3.

Currently I can just glance and schedule business and family stuff in a jiffy.

I just bought a new Passport (on 10.3.0.1418). In the Month view, when tapping on the week bar to only see one week at a time, I can also see half of the next week's day numbers. Is that normal (my Q10 and Z30 don't show it)? Not saying this is terrible (although it doesn't look good), but just wondering if all Passports show it that way, or just mine?

You can drop the day view to see more of the month view.

Thanks for the response. I prefer to see just one week in the Month view (I know that by clicking on the little arrow I can see the whole month). The question is why in the one week view, you can still see half of the letters related to the following week. Looks like the frame is not clipped/formatted properly to just show one week of data.

PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2576, the Week list snaps to one visible week for me, was like that in the previous OS I had as well. I think it is just bugged for you that is definitely not the way it is supposed to show.

Okay, thanks. Hopefully, it gets fixed after I upgrade to the next OTA update.

I would have to agree. I try avoiding my calendar in the blackberry if I can't help it. Bring back 10.2 calendar or update 10.3....

Words are out saying that the new OS upddate will be bringing back the growing numbers. Hopefully the vertical sidebars will follow as well.

You are not looking at the week view, you are looking at the day view. You didn't tap " on the week bar" in your screenshot, you tapped on the day shown in green, and listed in the small bar on the pop up that occurs. When in month view, and you want to see the week view, tap the W on your keyboard for this:

You are not looking at the week view, you are looking at the day view. It doesn't matter what view I am looking at (Month, Week, Day), the question is why with the view minimized in the MONTH VIEW to show the days for only one week at the top, the view also partially shows half of the letters for the following week? From some posts above you, this appears to be due to a bug in the Calendar app in my new Passport.

Having said that, just to further clarify (it's probably not even necessary!), I have always preferred to use the Month View as the default, but by clicking on the little up and down arrow on the right hand in front of the week counter, I get to see the the days of one week at the top row and the appointments and tasks for the highlighted day below it. That's the best (most useful) Calendar format for me, which allows me to see all evens of the day with the benefit of seeing the days for that week at the top. I can then easily see the full events of any day of that week by tapping and highlighting the desired day. Also, by clicking on the little arrow again, I can then see the calendar for whole month in one page.

Did you know that you can scroll through the weeks in month view? Just discovered this today! Was this possible before? I've attached pics for reference. I actually find this pretty handy if I dont want to change views. I'm using a Q5 at the moment.

And, how much more productive have you become? Does everyone finally take you serious again when you show them your Calendar? Can you finally remember which days of the month will be your busiest?
General sarcasm, not intended at your person.

I'm glad it's back (for now) for those who like the way it looks, but I still maintain it won't do much. If anything, of the two options people complained about here, the "bars" option was by far the more interesting one.
