I presume this is an OTA attempt. Are you able to use Blackberry Link on a PC to update. If so, try that method.

I know this sounds like a dumb question but hopefully someone might be able to answer for me.

I believe I got this update several weeks ago as I have a Q10 on Wind mobile. I have the same version being talked about on CB and the various forms.

My Q10 was replaced under warranty last year so I am wondering if I would have been given a factory unlocked device, thus getting the update quicker than some?? Is this possible? Anyway to tell if my phone is still locked to the carrier?

Sorry to highjack the OP's thread but when I checked my OS it was the same and I wasn't expecting that.

I get an update everytime I update. I uldated my Z10 thrice and now again it is showing an update of 24 mb.
