    I had the double typing issue in two separate cases, one of hardware and the other software.

    Im glad to report that the software side problem has disappeared with 10.3.0.1052.

    If some of you are still experiencing it, its because you need a keyboard change/fix which is a hardware matter.

    On my mom's Q10 the letters I and M work like touch screen, when she touches the letters they type out. (She doesn't click the buttons at all).

    Could this be a software or hardware issue?

    Yes man, I had the double typing issue too... since the upgrade I didn't have it anymore! I think it's solved. Elvis lives!

    I know it's early but if that's true, this will be a big fish for Q10 owners!

    Especially when its specific keys its definitely a hardware problem.
