I want to ask, will the apps be as native apps in appworld when the OS updates to 10.2? Or will one have to sideload them?? Anyone knows?

Apps in App World install normally. I installed Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, TuneIn, BlackBerry Travel, etc.
How about when Viber arrives and instagram?

If and when Viber and Instagram release their apps, they will be in App World. It is up to the app developer to publish their apps in App World.
Did you install skype?

No, I don't install any Android apps. Native or nothing for me :)
What *used* to happen was that native apps that had an update for a new OS version would get updated. These were the core apps like BBM, Calendar, etc. All third-party apps that would not function with the new OS would not be installed. Eventually, when the developer updated an app to be compatible BlackBerry App World would notify you and you would do a manual re-install.
