I bought an unblocked BB Q10 in the US 2 months ago and it came with os 10.1.0.2030. Now I am living in the UK and as a provider I have O2. I am still waiting for the 10.2.1 update but nothing happened yet. I phoned O2 already and they told me that the roll out have been done in the uk 10 days ago. I think that the rom I have is from AT&T but the released the update 1 week ago and I still don't have any notifications. Somebody knows who should response for this issue? Should be blackberry, O2 or AT&T?

I tried to tweet O2 and blackberry without geting any help...

Go to System Settings / Security and Privacy / SIM Card , scroll down and confirm that Network, Network Subset and Service Provider are all displaying unlocked.

If any one of Network, Network Subset and Service Provider is not showing unlocked that could explain your issue.

But according to Sachesi, O2 has only a software update available for the SQN 100-3 and it's only for OS 10.2.1.1925 and not 10.2.1.2141. No software is available for the other Q10 model's variants.

Alternatively you may want to update through Sachesi after doing a backup first:-

Thanks for your help.. Everything to be unblocked... The SQN 100-3 is the technical name for the Q10? If I use sachesi I might loose the warranty?

Someone should update the thread title. It gives the impression (or at least to me it did) that the Q10 will not be getting an official 10.2.1 update at all.

OP, sorry for your troubles trying to get the update. My above statement is not meant to offend or be insensitive to your needs. If you cannot or are uncomfortable using leaks, I truly hope your carrier pushes an official release soon. I'm dealing with the same issue. I have a Q10 that is work issued an am not allowed to install leaks so am playing the waiting game. Good luck.

I am sorry to hear that. I can install leaks but I am not sure if I will loose the warranty if I do that!

I don't want to play the waiting game anymore!!

It's not a leak, it's a released version, just not in your region since they only have the SQN100-3 in Europe.

So I don't think it will void your warranty. I even doubt they will check it.

If you use sachesi it will install like an OTA update.

Which region should I select in Sachesi? The one that I know that has the update available for my variant? SO in my case Canada... The carrier should be from Canada aswell or must be my real one (O2)?

Just use the 3 variant. You can install it on a 1 there's no difference.
