    Thanks a lot and I'll keep you posted because I tried to download the app @cranky was talking about and had no luck. I am waiting for further instructions from him. If not, it's OK, I'm patient and will wait until you are free.

    I have a work laptop but seeing that I work for the fed government and that's a gov laptop, I don't think it's a good idea to use that lok

    How about the freaking cell services allow us to get the update from them?!?! How many months has it been out by now? Hopefully at least once Z30s are running around with 10.2 they will allow the update to the "older" devices.
