Hi everyone,

I have updated the new OS released by my carrier: Virgin Mobile and all of the sudden a lot if not all of my Android ported apps like WordPress, Daily Horoscopes, Songza, Skype, Poynt etc. These are not sideloaded apps.

Is there a fix?

Did you try a hard reboot?
Hold the volume up and volume down button at once until the phone restarts and let go when you see "BlackBerry "on the screen.

After the phone restarts, open any android app after 5 minutes and then report back if the Android apps are working

Possibly need to uninstall, then reinstall the apps. Try it one app at a time.

I have just tried the hard reboot, didn't work.

And I can't uninstall and reinstall as most of the apps are no longer listed on BlackBerry World.



It's strange because I also updated my Z10 and WordPress, Songza and Skype open perfectly.
