    Problem with Russian language (Cyrillic), when I send text message to my friend by sms instead of symbol they got "???????". Any idea how to fix it?

    Contact your cell carrier to see if they handle SMS messages with non-ASCII characters differently and have your friend do the same with their carrier.

    I think that problem with OS cause in old OS 10.1 10.2.1055 and etc they don't have such problem

    OK, then check to make sure the Russian/Cyrillic language support was loaded with the new OS.

    Cyrillic is available on BlackBerry classic. I checked it at Luton airport. It is Russian translit. Hope it will come to q10 with the 10.3 update.
