Hello CrackBerry!
I want to ask maybe one of you get the same update like me.
In few hours ago, I have an notification about an update from software update.
Then I installed it, but the update just 13mb and it's still not 10.2, how come?
And there are 2 new applications after I installed the update and I don't know how to used it. That apps are useless I think.
I'm in indonesia.
So, do you know about what are these update for? And what is that 2 new applications for?

Looks like they're reinstalling apps that you deleted. See where it says: "Blackberry Applications", Not Blackberry OS.

I never had that app before and the nawigacja orange, it's not an English language, don't know what language it is.
I think it's weird that an update is not updating the OS but reinstalling the app.

Did you delete any apps that were originally installed on the phone? These are ones that the carrier added to the OS.

A lot of times a small update is just replacing those or adding new ones from the carrier.

I never do anything about this OS(replace with leaks, etc)/delete/installing those 2 new apps. That's why I confused why the software just installing those useless apps and not upgrade anything.
What I really disappointed is taking a long time to wait the 10.2 version even the Blackberry itself already launch the release date for the 10.2 version.

I got the same update...not 10.2. Telkomsel Indonesia. Deleted the apps right after.

Me too, I had the same update with the same two trash apps. And my Q10 is brand new. About a week ago. And I'm from the Philippines, so even when you are in a different country regardless, they give you an update with apps that may not be applicable in your location, cause they seem to be local carrier apps, from whichever local carrier it may be

So I hope BlackBerry may be more specific in these kinds of things

Had this update as well this afternoon, useless apps, didn't notice anything else.
These are not apps that were previously deleted, my phone is the asia-pacific Australia variant (unlocked) so there's no reason I should have these applications, seems like there is something strange going on with the Blackberry update servers.

Anyway, anyone in Aus got their Q10 10.2 update yet?
