    Hi!

I borrowed a Blackberry Q10 and my problem is that 0x3351EFD7 appears at the four corners of the screen, I tried to install WhatsApp from BlackBerry World and I refused the installation. Does not detect the SD card and have no access to the gallery and I can not modified my wallpaper.

My question is, what is causing this problem and how can I fix it.

the q10 has a beta OS installed and that in the device PIN. You SHOULD be able install a legit OS from an autoloader. What OS is installed currently?

My device runs OS 10.3.3.746 and on the official website says that the latest official version is 10.3.2

How I can recharge the official version? Because I tried BlackBerry Link and can not, at the end of the process tells me that there is an errror in the update.

You can't. You are now stuck with a crippled developer OS.

Your only hope is to piece together something more workable until 10.3.3 goes official. Look here:

Did you put 10.3.3.746 on the device yourself?

You borrowed a device that's has internal test build on it. If you pop the battery off the device does it say Property of Research in Motion? on the label and not the normal SQN100-X? ( You won't see this) it is an internal device for BlackBerry.
