    I have managed to set up my personal Gmail in the Hub just fine - I can send and receive and everything shows up in the Hub for that email address.

    For my work, which I believe is a custom domain with Google Apps, I can't see any messages in the Hub. I can send from it, and they arrive just fine to my personal email accounts in the Hub, but I can't see anything in my work email account in the Hub.

    Any ideas please?

    Did you go through the automatic setup or did you use manual settings ?

    Assuming you used the automatic it adds as an imap account as this is the default for Gmail .. It's possible however that your company has disabled imap as it doesn't allow for remote wipe and security.

    If you remove the account and try to re-add it manually choose the 'Microsoft Exchange' option, setup using your email address as the username and m.google.com as the server. It should then prompt you to accept the servers security settings and load the proper protocols.

    See if that works .. If not you may have to contact your IT department.
