I've heard so much about it that, I'm super curious as to how it will affect PRIV.

I just read March but I don't know for sure...I'd suggest be patient and enjoy your device as is.

Oh... Not impatient. Just wondering what that kind of update will bring. I've had my PRIV since November 6th and am getting used to it fine. Just wondering how the Blackberry side will work with the new Marshmallow format..

Vienna will come with Marshmallow out of the box, and the rumors say release date is March-April. For Priv, Q1 2016 sound about right.

Knowing what BlackBerry did with BB10 OS updates, the Vienna will launch with Android 6 and then a few weeks after Vienna launch they'll update the PRIV to Android 6.

It's their way of giving the Vienna a little Semi-Exclusive.

Similar to what BlackBerry and AT&T have going on in the US right now. That's why no other US carrier has the Priv, YET.

6.0 won't be anything new to most people. I downgraded from 6.0 when i got the Priv.

Not so sure about that, the situation is totally different.

The difference is that in BB10, no other phones had the updated OS. With Android I don't think the Priv can sit in Lolipop while many other Android phones are already updating to 6.0, that would be just throwing away market**** to try to benefict a phone that probably doesn't even have much relevance in the market anyway.
