I haven't been able to connect to any Wifi network. It was working fine previously but I noticed that it wasn't connected so I went to settings to turn it on. it spins looking for the usual networks but then it crashes into a reboot loop that I have only been able to solve by getting to the boot loader menu and turning it off, charging it to 100% and THEN restarting it. it still boot-loops anywhere from 3 to 10 times before successfully starting. still unable to connect to wifi and if I try to turn it (wifi) on the whole rigmarole starts all over again.

Have you tried deleting the connections and resetting them back up or resetting the networks settings on your Priv?

I would try that but I'm unable to get far enough into the settings to do so. When the wifi page 'loads' it's a white screen with no access to the networks already saved or ones available. then the rebooting starts.

That's far too many issues. You'd be better off just doing a factory reset at this point.

Factory reset did not work; still unable to access/connect to Wifi... any other ideas?

so the factory reset did not fix it. all the same issues still present....
