    my wifi always ON... i cant turn off ...
    also i turning off scan wifi
    any selution?

    Have you tried a 32 second restart? If that doesn't work, as stated before, look for an app that is keeping it on. As for which app, no on can tell you that, you will have to figure that out on your own, no one else knows what apps you have installed. If it just started, look at the most recently installed apps.

    First though, clear your cache, and do a 32 second restart.

    There are many apps that turn off WiFi when the screen is off.
