    I charged it all night and it was down to 25 % by 11am today. It seems like there is something in the background eating up the power.

    Maybe check all the things that can drain it. Brightness, Bluetooth, and kill Apps. That is what kills my mom's fast.

    Go to Settings --> Battery --> Battery Usage

    You should be able to see what uses up your battery the most.
