    Hi everyone! Im trying to get uber work on my device but as a result it keeps saying that they have a problem with their website and if I cant log in in a few hours I should contact uber support! Anyone having this issue?

    Are you trying to access Uber through a browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) on your phone or via their Android app? Sounds like they've given you the answer right in the message.

    @mad_orsi, can you provide the exact text of the message you get, or, better yet, a screenshot? Are you sure you're typing in your correct username and password? Where are you located?

    Yeah I am using the correct login information and I am located in Boston. Here is the screenshot

    That looks like a server side error so you should contact uber for support.

    On an Android device you should use their app. There's no app for BB10 so that's why I was curious. Anyway it does seem to be an issue on their end. Have you contacted them?

    Good luck. The first time I tried to use it, it took them over a day to respond, and when they did respond, it was as if they never read my email. The horrific non-communication went on for days, until someone actually took the time to actually read my email and address the issue, which had already cleared up on its own.

    I had already set everything up, including permission to use their mobile site, and I had installed the Android app on the Passport I was using at the time. Both worked, but it kept telling me to update my payment info, I had four credit cards registered with them by the time I was done, but it still didn't work. I ended up having to get a cab, which cost over $100, instead of the much cheaper Uber.

    Uber can be good, but I don't rely on it for critical business use.

    Uber is working on my Priv, I'm just saying that customer support isn't timely, and it is hard to rely upon them.

    Yeah I see. Can I ask you how u login in the rider app? I put my email and password and nothing! There are options that u can log in with gmail or facebook but I dont like to try logging in with those

    That's why I asked if you were using the correct login info. You need to login with the same email address and password that you used when you created your rider account. Can you login through your computer? If that fails too then it's not your phone that is the problem.

    I got reply from Uber that they are aware that it is not working on Priv Android and they are working on to resolve it , but god knows ....... how much time do they take . IF any finds update pls inform

    Uber app updated from the Playstore today on my Priv.

    Looks like the error I was getting when I had my Q10 and I was trying to use it in the mobile browser. Haven't had any issues on the priv android app. Just opened my app and it's working fine.

    Works great here as well. I don't think your issue has anything to do with the Priv.

    You people are making me interested in signing up and trying out Uber. It had been suggested that I use it at LAX to get to my sister's house but that trip was cancelled so the incentive evaporated at the moment.
