1 hour of use online, emails, texts, facebook,etc.. and 30% is gone, yesterday 4 hours of work documents and emails, and low battery came on, 15% left

Give it time. Batteries need to settle and probably your device is also indexing for the BlackBerry device search.

Somewhere in the settings you can check which application is using most juice... check it out, it could als be hanging or something like that app
