Calling out or incoming calls my bbpriv goes black and won't allow you to access any options and will not wake up ..makes for leaving some long messages on answering services as you can't hang up

the blackberry priv is designed witha proximity sensor that makes the phone switch off its screen when receiving or making calls and the phone is beside your ears. make sure ur hand is not near the proximity sensor at the top of the phone. if this fails use Blackberry Virtual Expert to make sure ur proximity sensor is working well.
