    It seems to be whenever I move the phone in a slightly different angle when I'm holding it but sometimes it does it when it's just sitting there on the table. It's loud and vibrates at the same time... I can't figure it out... how do I get it to stop without smacking my phone down(which actually seems to work sometimes)?

    Is your NFC turned on? And are you placing your PRIV near a credit / debit card?

    Now you know the answer. Turn off NFC or don't place near your credit card.
